Apparemment ils essayaient un truc cool, le luxembourg effect. Quand un émetteur radio puissant patate sa mémé vers l'ionosphère, un petit signal sur une fréquence a coté se fait changer de fréquence. y'a un mélange radio non-linéaire dans les électrons libres de l'atmosphère
