Il y a aussi l'argument habituel de "les hommes n'ont qu'à se battre pour leurs droits", auquel j'ai répondu sur la vid
Commentaire : The infuriating thing is we have women's shelters because women fought for them. If they want men to be taken seriously when they're being abused then they need to actually do the work, instead of doing whataboutism at women. It proves they don't care about men's suffering, they just hate women.
Moi : That argument assumes every group should have to lobby for itself. A healthy society should be able to take male abuse seriously without demanding that men first build a rival machine to “earn” compassion. Women organizing for women’s shelters made sense. But it does not follow that concern for abused men is invalid unless men copy the same identity-politics model.
I have been saying it for a long time, but democracy works if people vote for what's best for the society. Once politics becomes mostly about each identity group pulling for itself, it stops being common life and starts becoming about the number of people and their soft-power. That is bad for minorities, and bad for the society overall.
