Our Mazak rep says he will be out to our shop within 24 hours any time we have an issue with the device. He also said the device does not operate on gps but rather is related to rocking motion......akin to what might be expected on a ship. he said that a machine being moved within a shop in the proper manner would not result in being locked out. However a machine moved in a manner more similar to someone mixing a martini would activate the device.
