Il a le droit de cesser la distribution (je crois que ça veut surtout dire qu'il n'est pas obligé de le distribuer lui-même ad vitam eternam), mais pas dans le but d'annuler la licence. Il me semble de toute façon que ce genre de clause est systématique pour les licences style open-source, sinon il serait beaucoup trop facile pour quelqu'un de prendre les autres en "otage" (genre je commence à distribuer avec une licence non restrictive, et une fois que tout le monde s'en sert, je change les termes du contrat).
