j'ai beau lire et relire avec mon niveau d'anglais mais je ne voit pas ou le fait de continué a distribué
l'archive originale d'époque est interdite, si je lit bien la licence est perpétuelle et surtout si il change de license ou autre :
"however that any such election will not serve to withdraw this License"
"cependant qu'une telle décision ne servira pas à retirer cette licence"

il a beau avoir retiré l'archive et etre passé commercial, celle de 2005 reste sous crative commons (du moins d'apres moi)
