Autodesk (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Maya, Mudbox, etc) rachète Softimage XSI. Donc en gros, ils possèdent quasiment tous les softs de 3D.
Dans ma boite tout le monde tout le monde est dégouté car on utilisait XSI et les infographistes aimaient vraiment pas autocad et 3ds

D’après l’article, il ne devrait pas y avoir ce risque :

Apparemment, c’est plutôt XSI qui va parasiter 3DS et AutoCAD (ce qui revient d’ailleurs à admettre que XSI est meilleur que leurs produits).

XSI ne disparaîtra pas.

Il y aura quand même un peu de parasitage, au niveau du format interne des objets décrits.

Cela dit, à plus long terme, il est vrai que la position de monopole dans le domaine risque de porter préjudice aux outils.
