Got reminded by Gamh on IRC about #AdventOfCode. Decided I'd try to solve Day 3 Part 1 in constexpr only. This is likely riddled with subtle bugs and is not nice to LLVM, but I **think** it works? Was fun. Only Clang, GCC chugs very hard, and let's not mention MSVC.
