Voilà mon opinion, j'ai pas surligné ce que j'ai corrigé, mais tu devrais rapidement les repérer...

Dear Mrs Davidson,
Regarding your latest e-mail, I would like you to understand the suggested dates are not an ideal choice, as they coincide with midterm exams. Should you come on June 17, you might miss several key features of the UTC, be they classes or aspects student life.
Nevertheless, several activities are still available during this period, as you may visit the facilities and laboratories, and meet teachers as well.
The best way to reach Compiègne from the Gare du Nord is to take an intercities train. Most of them stop in Compiègne. The journey lasts around 50 minutes, and there should be at least a train each hour. Please find enclosed the train schedule for the 17th and 23rd June found on voyages-sncf.com.
Once in Compiègne you could take a bus on Line 5 to go to the university, the bus stop is “Roger Coutollenc”.
Regarding accommodation, you could rent a hotel room, there are many here. I do not know them, so unfortunately I cannot recommend one in particular, but you could check compiegne-tourisme.fr for more information.
I am delighted to know that your students are considering an exchange semester. They may like to attend a few classes, visit the university’s facilities, and meet various actors of the UTC student life. They could also meet the International Relations crew to learn more about this exchange semester.
To discover the city, I suggest you to visit the castle, its gardens, and the town hall.
Should you have any further inquiries, I remain of course at your disposal by e-mail or phone.
Best regards,
Shootdown
