--> notre cher canadien Konquest02 a voté contre et j'approuve totalement son argumentation :
I voted against AP.
What speeds the game up is the pace at which the teams send their turn, not the tech pace. Think about it for a second. I each team takes 24 hour to play his turn, AP or not, we're gonna take 10 years to finish the game. However, if the teams speed up and we can play a whole turn in 2 days, we're in for less than a year (if we ever go to 2050 AD.)
AP can speed up the game if you are playing simultaneous turns or any other "live" play, but in PBEM, send your turns fast, and the game will go well.
For those who say that the game will be long, then yes, it WILL be long. I don't know any group of people who can finish a PBEM in 2 weeks. It's within the nature of the game.
QUOTE (Hellgate)
Acc prod = Acc diplomacy = Acc pleasure = Acc. thought
Don't be afraid, come on with Acc Prod.
I strongly disagree that with accelerated production, you will have accelerated diplomacy and accelerated thought. Most people are not used to play with AP. We will therefore see more hesitation from the teams and the teams will probably hold the turn longer, slowing down the game
Tu vas peut-être très mal le prendre. Mais je crois que les gens qui votent contre ne savent pas utiliser la PA. Et nous avons tous l'habitude de l'utiliser.
