Mondelēz International, the company behind the sweet treat – which first hit shelves in 1903 – confirmed that it had made the gutwrenching decision to discontinue the 360g bars.

‘We continuously adapt our product range to ensure it meets changing tastes whilst supporting growth for our customers and business, and as a result, made the difficult decision to discontinue our Toblerone Dark (360g) bars in the UK,’ a spokesperson for Mondelēz told Metro.
