We have just met sumerians and mercenaries and we would like to get a few informations:
What kind of relationsship do you have with sumerians and/or mercenaries?(It seems to me sumerians have dealt with mercenaries for pillaging you (I personnally would have dealt))

At the present moment, we had no deal with mercenaries; they told us they are researching maconery, that we are researching, too.

We had a chat time with sumerians and we think they are double facing in view expanding easily to the north
they actually said:
"I don't want to see your team get screwed but I don't want to see us or the Mercs get screwed either"
"We had a deal but then they sorta backed out of it, they won't agree to any confirmed trades anymore"
"1BC claims that you are "out to get them"
and other amabilities...

About scientific research, we would like what your goal is; we think it is either mapmaking, either republic

About sharing the continent, we should discuss about the future border beetween our both nations

The following is a proposal from me, that I will submit to the Minister if you agree it.
I would name it: "fully cooperation for the Republic"
(I suppose you are researching the Republic)
After discovering masonery, we research Code of Laws, that we hope discovering in 20-25 turns from now; we give it to you
You research any technology you want, then philosophy (that you must not discover before we get code of laws) and take the Republic as bonus technology
Of course, you immediatly give both to us; (because of the help we will have give to you, I think you shall not ask for any not scientific counterpart )
If the philosophy gambling fails, you research the Republic and we other technologies (or vice-versa)
Of course we trade any technology we discover (I don't think we may trade any with Sumerians and buying a tech twice from the mercs would be stupid)
Of course we don't trade writing with sumerians nor mercs (who immediatly would sell it to Sumer)

Selon vos souhaits, j'ai retiré l'attaque concertée du colon sumérien
Il me semble utile de préciser que nous recherchons la maçonnerie; ce n'est pas la peine qu'ils l'achètent des mercenaires et les mercs leur ont probablement déjà fait la même offre qu'à nous...
