On peut changer l'ID, le mot de passe... ET le mail.
Pas d'emballement, il y a tout de même une condition : que l'adresse mail ne soit pas "standard Microsoft" pour un Live ID (xxx@hotmail.com par exemple). Sinon c'est mort (me concernant, ce n'est pas mon cas donc ça roule).

Please note that address which come standard with a Windows Live ID (Hotmail, MSN etc) you will not be able to change. This is because you are using an e-mail address that was provided by MSN or by Windows Live and you cannot change the name of your mail account. For example, you are using an @hotmail.com e-mail address, an @msn.com e-mail address, or a Windows Live Custom Domains e-mail address this will not work. You will be able to change it from a non-windows Live domain email to one. For example - Sawp from a @gmail to an @hotmail address...
bl Only addresses that do not come standard with a Windows Live ID’s can be changed (Yahoo, AOL, Gmail etc.)
En résumé, pour "donner" un compte xbox live et tout ce qui va avec (les jeux live achetés), voilà les changements à envisager :
- le gamertag (ça coûte 800 MSPoints),
- le mail A CONDITION qu'il ne soit pas lié à un domaine microsoft <-> windows live ID,
- le mot de passe.
