I'm getting this error
TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: "courier new"
Looking into the directory html2pdf/_tcpdf/fonts there aren't this file.
How could I get this font file?

My solution.
As HTML2PDF doesn't have this font on the font directory. I change the font type on the source html file. Use only Courier, not "Courier New"
