I've pushed a version of the IDE that has VTI support along with TIEmu support at http://tict.ticalc.org/misc/IDE.exe

The target emulator is configurable, as usual, in File -> Preferences -> Transfer.
I've done some testing on my old Athlon 1 GHz running Win ME, communication with both TIEmu and VTI seemed to work correctly. TIEmu+GDB is SLOOOOOOOW on that old OS...
But please help testing nevertheless smile

The patch series is available at:
http://tict.ticalc.org/misc/0001-Delphi-IDE-1-3-add-back-VTI-support-along-with-a.patch
http://tict.ticalc.org/misc/0002-Delphi-IDE-2-3-add-back-VTI-support-along-with-a.patch
http://tict.ticalc.org/misc/0003-Delphi-IDE-3-3-add-back-VTI-support-along-with-a.patch
I'll probably fold it into two patches before committing.

Thanks in advance for testing smile
(The executable was compiled with Delphi 7, so you may experience quirks under Vista. Please report them as if they were IDE bugs, it may be that I screwed up grin).

Posted on the TIGCC/TICT message board ( http://tichessteamhq.yuku.com/topic/4662 ), the TI-Freakware message board ( http://tifreakware.ath.cx/index.php?showtopic=1393 ) and the public TI-68k section of yAronet ( topics/117269-tigcc-ide-gerant-vti-et-tiemu ).

I slightly edited the patches linked to in ./1, so as to remove explicit references to SVN infrastructure ('trunk', etc.).
