This is my first try of a Self reproduction of a lost part.
One of my Norev Jet-car Citroen CX 2200 1974 has lost his rear bumper:

So i make my try. To make this you must have the part to copy. Some plastilin, Araldite or other 2 composite glue, silicone spray...

Take the original part and press it in the plastilin to make the shape.

Then you must spray some silicone on the shape to have a form release agent. Important after this step you have to wait 30 minutes!

Then mix the 2 composite glue and put it in the shape.

Then you have to wait till the part is dry. The time will depend of the factor of the part. About 12h.

Then you can separating the workpart.

cutting the border with a cutter, filing, drilling, sanding with fine sand paper till the part fits in the rest of the car.

Then make the paint work and you can make the reassembling finish.
