v3.28 Change footer of a single page, or put content in footer of last page. - Page 1

Is it possible, to change a "footer" of a single page, making it diferent from the others?

I have to change the footer of the LAST PAGE with diferent content...
OR:
I have to add a content in the BOTTOM of the PAGE of the LAST PAGE... (but how calculate the end of a dynamic content to the my "content to add" to that content fix in the bottom of the last page, correctly).
