edit: le test:
NOBUNAGA NO YABOU (Nobunaga's Ambition) (1999)
Produced by KOEI
Genre: Historic simulation = You play the role of an important historic personality, and you have to enrich your own realm while battling the other ones to extend your territories and, ultimately, unify them all.
To say it straight from the beginning: this is the no. 1 game in the purchase-regret list! I know it's rough to say that it's plain bad, but... The unification of the area from Kanto to Kinki... from North-East to North... From China to the West... They aren't there!
This game must be the worst in its genre: The interior politics part is awful, the battles are also awful... You'd have enough time for unificating Japan in just one hour.
Just because you are making a portable version, it doesn't mean you have to remove all the interesting parts. The link battle mode also uses the same battle system, so it's better not to talk about it. It's Just the worst. And to think that i had always relied on Koei software before playing this... Now I even feel that I gave away my money, even being only 500 Yen.
If you want to play Nobunaga, get the PS version. And if you really want to play Nobunaga on Swan... Give up now!
This game is recommendable to: People who like crap games and people collecting crap games. Bokubo's playing status: Beat it many times in 4 hours the day I bought it, and unlocking everything.
Ranking: one star out of five - My no. 1!
