I have TI-89 Titanium; OS Version 3.10; Hardware Version 4.00
The latest version of PreOS is installed, working well
I can't install CF it has an auto-installer, but it doesn't work with this calculator I need for the .pdk files (example 'cfpack1','cfpack2', exc.) to be unpacked this way I can manually install the files under the folder cf/
PpHd Le 22/06/2007 à 08:13 If you want to run the installer by hand, send all the pack files while archiving them (it doesn't matter since the titanium has enought archive memory). Then for each pack except the last one (which contains an old version of preos/stdlib) run tinstall("cfpack1") etc.
It should work if my memories are right.
I ran into something similar on a TI-89 Titanium with the same OS. The CF auto-installer often fails on newer hardware revisions, even when PreOS works fine. What helped was manually extracting the .pdk contents and copying the files directly into the cf/ directory using a link program. After that, a memory reset and archive refresh made CF recognize the packs correctly. It’s a bit clunky, but manual install is usually the safest route here.
