My pdf has a header and footer and the main content is a table. The table extends to 2 pages. The problem is with the position of the table. It overlaps the page header. On the first page I can overcome this by adding a couple of br tags before the main table but this obviously doesn't help when the table splits onto a second page where it still overlaps the page header.
I'm assuming that I need to override some positioning constant? But which one and how?
