v4.00 Header only in first page - Page 1

Hi, I've searched in the forum for this problem, but have not found it.

I need my PDF document to have a header and a footer. That is working ok.
My problem is that sometimes my document is 2 pages long. In this case i want the header ONLY in the first page and the footer ONLY in the second page.
If I knew how many pages my document was going to take I would split each page with:
<page><page_header></page_header>text....text....text...text</page>
<page><page_footer></page_footer>text....text....text...text</page>

but I don't know if it will take 1 page or 2.

Has anyone a solution for this?

just don't use page_header and page_footer

and if you want to have a div to appear on the bottom of the last page, you can use this :
