Thank you again for a great class.

When generating a PDF the resultant document has both PDF menubar and toolbar visible. Is there a option to turn one or the other or both off so that when the finished document is displayed you just see the plain PDF?

you can't do this. the client has only 2 choices : to open the document on the web browser with a adobe plugins, or to open the document directly on a pdf reader
