v4.01 Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded - Page 1

How is all going?

We are still happy that we switched to your html2pfd package within FusionTicket. It is much easier to work with then the previous package we used before.
In the newest versions we also us now the 4.0 version and so far i did not have any real problems.

The only thing we get from time to time is this error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/xyzhissite.com/includes/libs/html2pdf/html2pdf.class.php on line 2122

any idea what can be the reason?

it is because your html is too complicated. you can use the debug mode to locate which part take the most of time.
