Problem with the property "text-align: justify" - Page 1

Hi to all.

First of all I want to compliment with the author for it's work. Then I want say that I think there's a bug with the property in the subject.
I've write this in my code:

<p style="text-align: justify;">' . $content . '</p>

but when I output the pdf, the text isn't justified. It's my fault or a bug?

As long as I know (it's a common question here), tex-align: justify is not yet supported
