Que faire?

Le message est assez clair : ça veut dire que l'un de tes fichiers PHP affiche quelque chose à l'écran (avec "echo", ou "print", ou encore un bout de code HTML qui n'est pas entre les balises <?php ?>). Pour pouvoir utiliser HTML2PDF, il ne faut absolument rien afficher avant d'utiliser la méthode ->Output.

tu peu toujours essayer de capturer ce qui est écrit par tes include puis de vider le buffer

on ne peut pas, c'est une fonctionnalité qui n'existe malheureusement pas sur ce forum

(on le fait parfois à la main, mais ici ça ne vaut pas trop le coup vu que ton problème était très spécifique)

juste comme ca, le code HTML est assez crade et semble inutilement compliqué... avec pleins d'ID en double et autres...

sinon, pour rappel, il faut toujours préciser la largeur de tous les éléments BOX (div, table, th, td, ..)

dsl pour le code mais ce que j'ai oublier de mentionner c'est qu'il y a une feuille css qui vas avec ce code et surtout que c'est du code php mais qui est déjà traduit en html avec un script

, çava être dur d'enlever tous les id et mais pour la largeur de tous les box je vais essayer, tu crois que (style="width: valeur en px ou %") suffira parce que j'ai vu ça quelque part?
