Problems with encoding. Greek characters - Page 1

hi there. I am trying to display greek characters and what i get is ??????????? ??? . I changed the utf-8 to the (iso-8859-7) and still the same result. I observed that the libraries you are using they use encoding utf-8.
What am i missing? Do you have any other related problems with the encoding?

you must use UTF8 and a UTF font
