[v4.03] Undefined offset: 1 in html2pdf.class.php on line 2133 error - Page 1

I'm getting an Undefined offset: 1 in html2pdf.class.php on line 2133 error. What does it means? What can I solve it since I can't change the html (it comes from an external web service).
