Après un échange sur le http://s62.photobucket.com/user/gerxy/media/DSC05756_zps0e7a1c94.jpg.html neo geo cd tente de lire les données à partir du CD mais finalement montre le message "disc error". Je ai essayé un autre appareil et la même histoire ... Dois-je acheter exactement la même version qui est marqué H8147AF 1905A3?

Si tu as réussi à installer et à brancher ce nouveau bloc optique (qui est très similaire à l'original sur tes photos) je pense qu'il n'y a pas de problème de ce côté là.
Mais, souvent ce n'est pas suffisant de remplacer son laser par un neuf, il faut aussi le régler! Ce n'est pas toujours plug'n play... malheureusement.
Dans ton cas puisque la lecture ne fonctionne pas, j'essayerais d'ajuster le potentiomètre de la diode laser. Attention, il faut procéder très délicatement, et toujours en mesurant la résistance avec un multimètre pour savoir où on en est.

Laser marked with A2 is similar to the laser with the designation A3 but not identical. I read that the laser Sharp H8147AF was produced in several versions (A2, A3, A9, AZ).
