Hey everyone; I was able to get in contact with Jeff Kurtz and obtain the ROMWak source code so I could port it to C. I just got done testing it on various platforms (including x64, PowerPC, and OpenPandora/ARM7) and preparing Windows binary releases.

(I have a version 0.4 romwak.exe on my computer, but I do not know what's different between it and the source aside from removing the "Apollo69" credit.)
