hey guys, so anyways I was trying to convert a sprite that i made into a png image for a sprite-test program for the neo-geo cd with the buildchar program, but it gave me an error. the error says: Invalid character in the given encoding. Line 1, position 1. IDK What this means so can you guys try to figure this out for me?
