Unfortunately, there is no good news to report.
I had hoped that by catching NUON developers near the end of the "NUON era", it would be easier to license games, acquire source code, dev kits, and the like, but the opposite has been true.
No one wants to license games unless major $$ is involved, because they were expecting to earn major $$ by working on NUON. And the companies that own big licenses -- such as Monopoly or Bust-A-Move -- simply aren't interested no matter what.
The final, and perhaps biggest, obstacle is no one has offered the DVD mastering process, which would be necessary AFAIK to publish any games on DVD for NUON.
I had hoped to avoid what happened to the Atari Jaguar, where the tools, games, etc. disappeared over time as companies lost interest, but unfortunately some games/tools will head down that path regardless.
