It's not been enormously publicised, but Glenn was given it by someon on the JagCD dev team (his name escapes me right now), under the same kind of unofficial distribution agreement as Caves of Fear originally was (as in, free to distribute for nominal duplication cost). I'll have some at JFUK, for the moment ask Glenn or someone else with one.
The game is reportedly the same general engine as Caves of Fear, but is much more complete (about 3x more footage than Caves of Fear) and is R-rated to boot (nudity - the game starts in a strip club).
