It's a great news!
I just started working with MIDP (it was easy because I'm a java developer), maybe I could port my future MIDP projects to GP32 soon

I'm currently working on a ICQ client for phones that don't support raw sockets (only HTTP requests), too bad it won't work with the GP32

Is that project still running ?

well, it seems that we will have somethinf very soon :

-2003. 4th quarter: CLDC 1.1 porting
-2004. 2nd quarter: MIDP 2.0 porting
