Here is an online English-Japanese dictionary. This is for Japanese people but would be useful also for those that learn Japanese.

Just enter a Japanese or English word in the textbox that appears in the blue field when you access the page, then click "英和・和英". The dictionary will automatically distinguish the language (Japanese or English) and translate your word into the desired language. You can find ANYTHING here, I believe this is the largest English-Japanese dictionary!

By the way, Japanese words have to be in Kanji (+ Hiragana).

E.g.
ためす ---> 試す
きょう ---> 今日

Enjoy! smile
