They both install correctly but only version 0.9.292 starts. The program that gets installed by old installer is the only one that has worked for me...

The both are 0.9.292, this is the version of the .exe
The old installer seems to work better on some computer

Why not just use Inno Setup?

i had the same problem -> go to ETP.exe -> Propreties -> compatibility (or somethin like that i dunno) -> Windows 98
