Bonsoir
Voilà je souhaite partir l'année prochaine à l'étranger dans le cadre de mes études. J'ai fait cette lettre de motivation et j'aimerai votre avis sur les erreurs que j'ai surement faite et peut être sur des idées que vous auriez en plus, merci.
I would like to continue my studies in an English-speaking country because I know it is the
better way to improve my English. I know that after a year abroad as a student, I will be more
confident with the continuation of my studies. I would like to know more about way of life, customs
in an English-speaking country.
Since I went to the conference of Colum McCann at the University, I especially want to go
to Ireland, at the Galway University. One of the reason is that at the question "do you feel more American or Irish?" Colum McCann responded that he can not feel anything else except Irish. He spent so much time in foreign countries and especially in the United-States of America, he has three American childreen and an American wife but he still feels entirely Irish. It sounds to me that the Irish people was prouder and more attached to their culture and their costums. Obviously I never meet Canadian persons but after this meeting with Colum McCann, I would like to know more about the Irish people.
I would like to go to an English-speaking country. I have the choice between Canada and Ireland. I know that it will be the greatest experiment ever during my studies if I left whatever the destination but I have a preference for Ireland. To stand a good chance of leaving I, of course, applied in several choices of destination.
Sincerely,
Merci pour votre aide.
