Hi!
I have a few questions about GP32...
First...
After I register my GP32, do I need a Host-program? Such as the Win-98 or Win-2000 host programs that is developed for GP32, or will Wind-Up do just fine?

Second...
Is there any space on the GP32 for all nessecary program to make the GP32 run? Or do i have to put those files on every SM-Card i have?
I mean, host-programs, emulators, GP Cinema, MP3 players, stuff like that...

Hope you guys are able to answer my questions fast grin

Hi Danny and welcome here,

1st : you need to have a PC-Link, this soft will run on your PC with windows and will allow your PC to recognize your GP32 and you'll be able to copy files on your SMC. You'll find this soft freely on

2nd :
well there is a few space on your GP32 where you store the OS of the system, which contains, soft to launch games, to run mp3 and to connect to your pc through PC-Link. So now you've to put all the softs you like on your SMC.

It's possible to flash your GP32 and change the boot menu but some soft like winds-up are too big to be stored on the GP32 internal memory. But if I were you I would wait a bit before doing that. When you'll be able to use completly your GP32, you'll decide whether or not it would worth doing that.

hope it was fast enough wink
