- 1 oignon par personne
- 10gr de beurre par oignon
- poivre
- 5cl de Vin blanc par oignon
- 15cl d'eau ou de bouillon par oignon
- émincer les oignons
- dans un fait-tout, faire fondre le beurre
- ajouter les oignons et poivrer (selon votre goût)
- laisser l'oignon se colorer d'un beau roux a feu doux
- ajouter le vin blanc (bouillant), et l'eau ou le bouillon (bouillant) et laisser cuire 10 a 15 minutes
Cette soupe se déguste dans des bols, avec des croutons de pain et du gruyère rapé. Vous pouvez aussi faire légèrement gratiner chaque bol au four si vous le souhaiter.

Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh are unable to articulate the arguments of their ideological adversaries; they simply believe their opponents are seeking the destruction of the country. In reality, democrats and republicans wish for the exact same things (prosperous country, wealthy citizens, civil rights for citizens, etc…) they just have different ways of going about these things.
