The program is as Tbird suggests.
I have written a program that allows upload of code to the Jaguar over the serial port.
It functions similar to JUGS (I would assume, I don't have a BSG cart).
I am intending on releasing this as an encrypted CD. It would obviously be possible to put it on a cart too, but that is beyond my resources.
I am doing this mainly because it is next to impossible to get a BSG cart now a days.
It is also much simpler for someone to build their own interface cable. You will need a Jaglink, Jaglink II, Catbox or Scatbox, or a homemade RS232 interface. But many either have one of these already or can get an interface cheap enough.
You can also download with any computer around. I have used my TT, my PC, and my iBook with a USB/Serial adaptor.
The protocol supports baud rates from 19,200 - 115200.
This doesn't replace an Alpine, BJL or JUGS interface if you have a working one. But if these interfaces prove difficult to acquire or get to work, this will be a nice option.
Like my encrypted BJL cd, I plan to release this one to everyone. No cost.
