BEY 2016-03-30 at 02:38pm DIFF is very impressive!
My compliments to all staff!
yes, citavia, that's me with some friends... but most code is done by myself.
I'm very happy with this demo but NeoGeo is very unknown, most people do not know the limits of this hardware... that's ok for me!
this chunky-mode is very funny, I played around with this idea for many years but never released this idea because it's very limited in size und runs with 30fps only. it's possible to get a higher resolution (with max 20fps) but this works only on real hardware.
all this effects will also run on MVS, maybe I will compile a short intro with another not used pixel-based effect!
next I will try to create a small game-engine using this chunky-mode.
anyone tried the easter-eggs?
NeoHomeBrew, with this chunky-mode every pixel-based effect is possible... also raycasting. it's no magic, no secret... it will be documented soon.
what alternate pixelmapping (button?) you prefer? the default one is best choice for use with big screens!
kuk 2016-04-02 at 12:25pm hey not bad for the Wolfenstein
I'm reading Wolfenstein's source now :/

You blink and you miss something! Crazy props on the demos especially the chunkieness! All I can think of is chunky bosses, trying your hand at 3d modelling cool robots, using codes to 3d model and badass chunky explosions! ?
I had another chunky thought. Would it be possible to export a 3d model from an application like blender, maya, max etc...say .obj format. Then import the xyz coordinates into chunky mode? If so this is the beginning of the end because Neo Maniacs will be in a frenzy!?
