"Three-Strikes" Internet Piracy Law Put into Effect
An internet anti-piracy law the so-called "three strikes" law has gone into effect to protect the copyrights of creative works in cyber space.
Under this law people making commercial gains through illegal uploads will receive three warnings before getting their online storage service or P2P site user accounts shut down for a maximum of six months.
Offenders of the anti-piracy law will also be unable to use other internet accounts registered with their name during that same period.
In addition a penalty fee of up to 10-million won or 8-thousand dollars will be imposed if an online service provider does not abide by the order to shut down the accounts.
(mais c'est que pour ceux qui font des bénéfices, donc c'est aussi inapplicable qu'en france (va prouver que t'as fait des benefs

) (sauf si ils s'embarrassent moins que chez nous avec les preuves))
